About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

As the Receptionist, you will welcome visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, and ensure a professional and organised reception area. You will coordinate meeting room bookings, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and oversee office supply inventory. Additionally, you will assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Key responsibilities include issuing visitor passes, maintaining security protocols, and liaising with building management for facility-related concerns. You will also support event coordination and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly.

About You

 To be considered for this role, you'll need to show us:
 
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Lincolnshire Co-op and of the Co-operative business model, demonstrating values that would support our purpose and approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating high levels of professionalism at all times.
  • A pro-active, enthusiastic and confident nature.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but full training will be provided. If you're a team player with a positive mindset and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
 
Please note: this vacancy operates on a rota basis, with colleagues working 22.5 hours per week across shifts between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
