We have our own Learning and Development team, who are committed to helping our colleagues reach their full potential. Many of our programmes are delivered in-house, by a member of the Learning and Development team, who are committed to helping our colleagues reach their full potential. Courses are designed to be interactive, stimulating and enjoyable with opportunities to test and practice before heading back to the workplace to apply new skills. Our colleagues also have an e-learning platform which they can access at the touch of a button.

We’ve partnered with awarding bodies who can offer nationally recognised qualifications. Whether that’s a degree from the University of Lincoln, a programme from the Institute of Leadership and Management or first aid and food hygiene courses at Highfield, these partnerships mean we can offer our colleagues more.

Grow with usDevelopment opportunities

We want our colleagues to have the opportunity to grow their career with us. We’ve helped many colleagues move through the company with our various development programmes. We also work with The Prince’s Trust as a silver patron and partner with local education providers to offer apprenticeships to people wanting to develop their skills with us.
