About the role:

Our colleagues in IT provide an efficient and dependable support service to all of our business areas. A crucial part of our support services, this team use their creative knowledge to design, develop and support systems and processes across all of our business areas.

We’re now looking for an experienced IT Integration Manager to lead the successful delivery of integration solutions across our business systems. In this key role, you’ll act as the primary point of engagement for integration activity, translating business needs into a clear and prioritised delivery workload. Working closely with internal stakeholders, third-party software vendors and our integration platform partner, you’ll ensure seamless, secure and scalable connectivity between systems that underpin our day-to-day operations.

You’ll oversee integration work across multiple projects and play a central part in enabling our digital transformation journey. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll champion best practice, maintain governance standards and maximise the value of our vendor relationships - all while helping the Society move forward with agility and confidence.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills—someone who can bring both structure and flexibility to a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience managing integration delivery in a complex, multi-system environment (retail sector experience would be advantageous).
  • Expertise in integration platforms, architecture, patterns and best practice.
  • Proven ability to manage a product workload and lead agile delivery with engineering teams.
  • Confidence liaising with third-party vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to maximise value from integration partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and digital transformation principles.
