We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills—someone who can bring both structure and flexibility to a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience managing integration delivery in a complex, multi-system environment (retail sector experience would be advantageous).
- Expertise in integration platforms, architecture, patterns and best practice.
- Proven ability to manage a product workload and lead agile delivery with engineering teams.
- Confidence liaising with third-party vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to maximise value from integration partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects.
- A proactive, collaborative approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and digital transformation principles.
