About the role:

As a Property Surveyor at Lincolnshire Co-op, you will be part of the in-house Property Team, managing and developing the Society’s property portfolio. You will work closely with agents and colleagues to ensure properties are effectively marketed and placed on the market to let. This includes managing letting applications, ensuring compliance checks are done and providing tenants with the necessary compliance documentation.

You will also take ownership of tenant requests, including assignments, alterations, rent reviews and lease renewals. Your role will involve regular reporting on lettings, property inspections, repairs, and dilapidations, as well as managing day-to-day property management activities. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and proactively managing any remedial actions will also be part of your duties.

Additionally, you will produce service charge budgets, work with Finance on reconciliations and ensure that energy efficiency standards are met when refurbishing properties.
