As part of this hardworking and supportive team, you’ll carry out tasks such as:

  • Accurately inputting deliveries and managing schedules to ensure timely and efficient home delivery service.
  • Handling controlled drugs and fridge deliveries safely, in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GDP regulations.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing vehicle deliveries with correct labelling and secure packaging.
  • Liaising with Drivers, Pharmacy Staff, and patients to manage failed deliveries and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintaining accurate records, supporting smooth coordination, and upholding patient confidentiality, dignity, and safety.
  • Assisting with additional duties to support the wider pharmacy home delivery and administration team.
