About the role:

Our Support Services are always on hand to offer advice and guidance to colleagues across our business. Our People team are part of this, working with colleagues every day to strengthen working relationships and provide clear policies and procedures that continually support the achievement of our purpose and approach.
 
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an Organisational Development (OD) and Change Manager to join our team, based at our Support Centre in Lincoln. This role is an operational and strategically aligned HR professional role that will work in partnership with the business area leaders and other key stakeholders to shape, deliver and develop HR strategy, plans and solutions to drive efficiencies and growth of the Society.
 
In this role, you'll provide strategic advice and guidance to services across the organisation in the planning, development and implementation of effective people management practices, cultural change and organisational development. You'll support the organisation in making the best of it's people, delivering a strong and cost effective business and acting as a change agent by supporting strategic initiatives.

About You

To be considered for this role, you'll need to show us: 

  • An ability to communicate at all levels, including Board of Directors, Senior Leaders within the Society, external consultants, partners and contractors to work in a collaborative way.
  • Graduate calibre, with high level written and verbal communication, and analysis skills.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent qualifications.
  • PRINCE II qualification with relevant project management experience
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management.
  • Evidence of collaboration across a complex organisation.
  • Business and workforce planning skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and decision making.
You'll be able to show us excellent verbal and written communication skills, enjoy working with people and be able to work in a confident manner to deliver results. You'll be organised, methodical and able to maintain accurate records, demonstrate good time management with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise as necessary. You'll also be able to show us experience of analysing complex information and the ability communicate this to a range of audiences.
