We’re expanding our IT team and looking for an enthusiastic Application Analyst to join us! In this role, you’ll take ownership of a subset of applications within the Society’s portfolio, managing them through their entire lifecycle. Working closely with the Applications Manager, you’ll ensure application performance, reliability, and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing application-related incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. You will conduct regular maintenance activities such as upgrades, patching, and performance tuning while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards. By monitoring application performance and availability, you will proactively address issues and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
Collaboration is central to this role, as you’ll work with suppliers to resolve technical issues, implement updates or enhancements, and evaluate supplier performance. Sharing knowledge and best practices with the IT team, you will enhance our application management capabilities and maintain comprehensive documentation for assigned applications.
