About the role:

Are you a results-driven delivery professional with a talent for managing complex IT projects and programmes? At Lincolnshire Co-op, we’re transforming how technology supports our diverse businesses — from food and pharmacy to property and funeral services. We are seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to oversee operational delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring all projects align with business priorities and IT strategy.

In this role, you will provide operational leadership for a portfolio of IT projects and programmes, managing a team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, manage expectations, and ensure technology enables real business impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting your team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Aligning solution delivery with business goals, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
  • Managing vendor and third-party relationships to ensure compliance, performance, and value.
  • Driving continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team performance.
  • Supporting change management, adoption of new systems, and stakeholder communication.

About You

You bring proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects or programmes, with strong leadership skills to guide your team. At Lincolnshire Co-op, we are looking for a Solution Delivery Manager who can ensure complex IT initiatives are delivered efficiently, effectively, and aligned with business priorities. You will lead and support your team to navigate challenges, mitigate risks, and deliver solutions that create real impact across our diverse businesses.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and business value. You will embed best practices, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement into all aspects of delivery.
