To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a careers, employability, education or talent development role, ideally within a retail, commercial or customer-focused environment. You will understand early careers frameworks and work-based learning, and you will be confident engaging a wide range of people, from school leavers to adult learners.
You will be comfortable presenting and facilitating workshops, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and organising programmes that balance delivery and administration effectively. You will have strong organisational and time-management skills, good IT literacy and an understanding of the skills and behaviours associated with careers in the retail sector.
You will also demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal development and alignment with Lincolnshire Co-op’s purpose and values, along with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
