About the role:

Marketing that brings people together

What if your next role helped businesses connect, ideas grow and communities thrive?

Marketing isn't just about creating content.

It's about creating experiences.

Every social media post, networking event and conversation helps shape how people experience Mosaic Digital Hub.

We're looking for a Marketing and Events Assistant to help tell Mosaic's story, support our growing community and deliver events that inspire collaboration across Greater Lincolnshire.

This is an opportunity to combine creativity, organisation and people skills in a role where no two days are the same.

Because great marketing isn't just about being seen.

It's about making people feel part of something.

Helping businesses connect and ideas grow

Every business has a story.

Every event creates an opportunity.

Every interaction helps strengthen our community.

As our Marketing and Events Assistant, you'll help showcase everything Mosaic has to offer, supporting our marketing activity while helping to deliver engaging events and creating a welcoming environment for our members, visitors and partners.

Whether you're creating social media content, welcoming visitors, organising networking events or supporting the day-to-day running of our co-working space, you'll play an important part in helping businesses connect and grow.

Bringing ideas to life through marketing and events

Creativity is a big part of this role.

So is organisation.

You'll help ensure that everything behind the scenes runs just as smoothly as what people see on the day.

You'll:

  • Create engaging content across Mosaic's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X.
  • Help maintain and update the Mosaic website with fresh, relevant content.
  • Support the planning, organisation and delivery of networking events, workshops and community activities.
  • Welcome members, visitors and guests, creating a positive and professional first impression.
  • Help oversee the day-to-day running of the co-working space, ensuring it's welcoming, organised and ready for members.
  • Work with colleagues and suppliers to support building maintenance and operational requirements.
  • Build relationships with members, local businesses and community partners.
  • Support membership administration, bookings, payments and database management.
  • Assist with reception duties, responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, tours and hospitality for visitors.
  • Help identify new ideas that improve member experience and grow the Mosaic community.

One day you might be creating content for a social media campaign.

The next, welcoming guests to an event, supporting a workshop or helping local businesses make valuable new connections.

About You

Someone who enjoys connecting people

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy being creative.

You'll be organised, approachable and enthusiastic, with the confidence to manage a varied workload while delivering an excellent experience for everyone who visits Mosaic.

You'll demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a marketing, events or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and digital platforms.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, members and external partners.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • A good understanding of confidentiality and GDPR.
  • A passion for supporting local businesses, collaboration and community.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy creating great experiences for people and take pride in helping Mosaic continue to grow.
