Someone who's passionate about making a difference
This is a role where compassion, confidence and a genuine desire to help others are essential.
You'll enjoy speaking to people from all walks of life, making them feel welcome and supported. Whether you're promoting a health campaign, carrying out a basic health check or helping someone access the right healthcare service, you'll be someone who enjoys building trust and making a positive impact every day. Previous experience in a customer-facing, healthcare or community role would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in people who are passionate about improving the wellbeing of others and eager to learn.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A friendly, approachable and caring nature, with a genuine passion for supporting people.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage customers in conversations about health and wellbeing.
- The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, healthcare professionals and members of the local community.
- Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude, taking ownership of activities and looking for opportunities to promote healthier lifestyles.
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills and stay up to date with health campaigns and wellbeing initiatives.
We're looking for someone who enjoys making a real difference in their community. You'll take pride in helping people feel informed, supported and empowered to make positive choices about their health while creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable asking for advice.
Benefits that help you grow
Alongside the opportunity to improve the health and wellbeing of your local community, you'll receive a benefits package that's just as rewarding:
- 30 days' annual leave (pro rata), including bank holidays.
- A pension scheme with up to 12% employer contributions.
- Generous colleague discounts across our family of businesses.
- An annual discretionary colleague bonus in recognition of your contribution.
We're also proud to be an Investors in People Platinum employer, recognising our commitment to helping colleagues learn, develop and build rewarding careers. As your confidence grows, you'll have opportunities to gain new qualifications, develop your healthcare knowledge and build a rewarding career with us. Whether you're taking your first step into community health or looking to develop your existing experience, we'll support you every step of the way.
Ready to champion healthier communities?
If you're excited by the opportunity to inspire healthier lifestyles, support your local community and make a meaningful difference to people's lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.
