Positions in Gadsby’s Bakery

Bakery Assistant

In the bakery, you’re the reason the Gadsby’s range looks and tastes just right.

You’ll help prepare our baked goods from start to finish. Mixing, baking, finishing and getting everything ready to go out. Then you’ll package each item safely and neatly, so it arrives looking as good as it should.

Details matter here. The right weight, the right finish and the right presentation. And you won’t do it alone. You’ll work side-by-side with your team to keep quality high and orders moving, every day.

Drivers

As a driver, you’re the person who keeps everything moving.

You’ll load up, head out, and make sure our bakery produce reaches stores ready for the shelves. You’ll complete food safety checks along the way, follow clear processes, and stick to health and safety requirements, because quality doesn’t stop once it leaves the bakery.

Why choose us

Doing good in the communities we serve

There’s only one Gadsby’s Bakery. But what you make here reaches shops and communities across the areas we serve.

Every shift, your work becomes part of everyday life in local communities. The treats on the counter, the bakery staples on the shelf, the ‘go on then’ pick-me-up that makes someone’s day. You might not meet the customer, but you’ll still be feeding moments that matter.

You’ll also be helping keep something local going. Gadsby’s recipes and traditional methods have lasted because people care enough to do the job properly. That care travels with every delivery.
