Lindsey didn’t always think she’d be someone who gained qualifications, but she has done just that.
After being a Team Leader in a Lincolnshire Co-op food store (and a spell away from the business), she rejoined Lincolnshire Co-op in 2021, starting in the Post Office on 16 hours. She soon supported multiple branches, completed the Step leadership programme, and became Post Office Manager in 2023.
She started a Level 5 Operations apprenticeship, then took eight months off for cancer treatment. When she returned, she picked up where she left off, added extra training (including the Elite course), and has now stepped into Area Manager role.
