More than prescriptions

You’ll be part of the UK’s largest co-operative pharmacy group, working in one of our pharmacies across Greater Lincolnshire and beyond. Our pharmacies are accredited Healthy Living Pharmacies, with a private consultation room so you can support people with dignity and discretion.

From prescriptions and flu vaccinations to stop smoking support and podiatry services, you’ll help your community take small steps towards healthier living.

Positions in Healthcare

Dispensary

As a Dispensing Technician, you’re the calm, capable person people rely on. Especially when they’re not feeling their best.

You’ll support the team to dispense prescriptions and help customers with their health questions. You’ll also promote healthier choices and point people towards the right services when they need them.

And if you want to progress, you can. With training, you can work towards becoming an Team Leader.

Every day is different, but the best part stays the same: you’ll help people in your community feel well and cared for, one prescription (and conversation) at a time.

Pharmacist

You’ve worked hard to develop your clinical judgement. Here, you get the space to use it.

As one of our Pharmacists, you’ll deliver services through the latest Community Pharmacy contract. That includes Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS), Hypertension Case Finding, and the New Medicine Service.

You can also broaden your experience beyond the pharmacy. Opportunities include work in community hospitals, general practice, and alongside the local mental health service.

And if you’re ready to take your next step clinically, you’ll be encouraged to develop, from clinical diplomas to independent prescribing.

Pharmacy Services Assistant

As a Pharmacy Services Assistant, you're often the first friendly face someone sees, and the last person they thank on the way out.

You'll help prepare and dispense medicines under a Pharmacist's guidance, offer clear advice on symptoms and products, and support health checks that help people stay well.

Every detail matters, from maintaining accurate stock levels and protecting patient confidentiality to keeping your product knowledge up to date. Your attention to detail and experience means every customer leaves feeling looked after.

Why choose us

Doing good on your doorstep

With pharmacies across our local area, you can work closer to home and still make a difference

Because the people you help aren’t just customers. They’re your neighbours. You’ll get to know the regulars. You’ll know when to take someone into the consultation room to listen, reassure, and explain things clearly. You might help someone book a flu jab, check their blood pressure, or take the first step to stopping smoking. To you, these are small moments, part of the job. But to the person standing in front of you, they can be life-changing, sometimes even life-saving.

And being nearby helps you, too. It can make the school run doable. It means you can support your loved ones. You can be home sooner, with more time for the people who matter.

It’s local care, on your doorstep, and you’re right at the heart of it.
