About the role:

A role where your ideas can make a real difference

What if your next marketing role gave you the opportunity to help shape campaigns that connect with people, support local communities, and bring our purpose to life?

At Lincolnshire Co-op, we see marketing as far more than promoting products and services.

It's about telling meaningful stories, creating experiences that resonate with customers and members, and helping colleagues across our family of businesses achieve shared goals. From supporting new service launches and community events, to delivering engaging campaigns and in-store communications, we help bring our purpose to life every day.

It's an exciting time to join us as we embark on a transformation journey to evolve the way we connect with customers and members and deliver more impactful, insight-led marketing. As we continue to develop our approach, this role offers the opportunity to help shape what comes next and be part of a team that is embracing new ideas, ways of working, and opportunities to make an even greater difference in our communities.

This is your chance to…

Deliver campaigns that make an impact and help create positive experiences for customers, members and communities across Lincolnshire.

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure activity is delivered effectively, on time and in line with our purpose-driven strategy.

Whether you're already working in a marketing role and looking for your next challenge, or have experience co-ordinating projects, campaigns or events in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to take on something bigger.

  • Planning and organising internal and external events, managing logistics, materials and stakeholder engagement
  • Working with designers and suppliers to deliver signage, point of sale materials and implementation guides that support colleagues across our businesses
  • Keeping our POS portal up to date and working with external providers to co-ordinate point of sale production Monitoring marketing enquiries and helping prioritise requests to ensure effective delivery across the team
  • Tracking campaign performance and spend, providing insights that help inform future activity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

You won't be doing this alone — you'll be part of a supportive Marketing and Membership team, working alongside colleagues who are passionate about delivering meaningful campaigns and making a difference in our communities.

About You

You'll be organised, proactive and enthusiastic about marketing, with a passion for delivering campaigns that engage customers, support colleagues and create positive experiences.

You'll bring a mix of creativity, co-ordination and attention to detail that helps ensure activity runs smoothly and achieves the best possible outcomes.

You'll likely bring:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Confidence interpreting marketing data and using insights to support decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders
