Our pharmacies are at the heart of local communities, providing expert healthcare, accessible services and trusted advice to the people we serve.

As a Relief Pharmacy Services Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our pharmacies across Lincolnshire, helping our teams provide a safe, professional and welcoming service to patients and members.

Whether you're supporting a familiar team or stepping into a different pharmacy, every day will bring something new.

    What will you be doing?

    In this role, you will:

    • Support the pharmacy team with the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
    • Provide a friendly, helpful and professional service to patients and members.
    • Support the safe and accurate supply of medicines and pharmacy services under the direction of the pharmacist and wider pharmacy team.
    • Process prescriptions and support the pharmacy team with dispensing activities.
    • Help maintain accurate records and follow pharmacy procedures and processes.
    • Support stock management, including receiving, organising and maintaining pharmacy stock.
    • Work effectively across different pharmacy environments, adapting to the needs of each team.
    • Build positive relationships with patients, members and colleagues.
    • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, patient safety and professional conduct.
    • Support the delivery of a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy environment.
    • Contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy and help your colleagues provide the best possible service.

You won't be doing this alone. You'll be part of a wider network of pharmacy professionals, managers and support teams who are passionate about community healthcare and helping our colleagues develop.
