  • About the role:

  • Bring learning to life. Build confidence. Help our colleagues thrive.

Are you passionate about helping people develop and reach their potential? Join our Learning and Development team as a Learning and Development Advisor, creating practical and engaging learning experiences for colleagues across our family of businesses.

From designing workshops and digital learning to facilitating sessions and coaching colleagues, you’ll help turn business needs into development that makes a genuine difference.

    Make Learning Matter

Learning should be useful, inclusive and easy to apply. You’ll work closely with managers, subject matter experts and colleagues to understand where support is needed and create blended learning solutions that deliver real results.

You’ll design and deliver learning through classroom sessions, virtual workshops, digital content and on-the-job coaching. Whether you’re supporting a new colleague through induction or helping an experienced team build new capabilities, you’ll make every learning experience purposeful and engaging.

    See the Bigger Picture

You’ll build trusted relationships across our different trading areas, using feedback, performance information and colleague insight to identify development priorities.

You’ll advise managers on the right learning solutions for their teams, coordinate specialist training providers and evaluate the impact of learning to understand what’s working—and where we can make it even better.

You’ll also help us strengthen onboarding, encourage knowledge sharing and create more opportunities for colleagues to learn, progress and shape their careers with us.

    Bring Fresh Ideas

The world of learning never stands still, and neither will you. You’ll explore new technologies, methods and industry trends, bringing creativity and curiosity to the way we develop our people.

You’ll have the freedom to test ideas, improve existing programmes and contribute to wider projects that help build capability across Lincolnshire Co-op.
