  • About the role:

  •  Are you a strategic delivery leader with a passion for enabling large-scale digital transformation? Are you ready to take the lead in shaping and delivering innovative IT solutions that will have a tangible impact on communities across Lincolnshire?

At Lincolnshire Co-op, we’re on a mission to transform the way technology empowers our diverse businesses — from food and pharmacy to property and funeral services. We’re now looking for a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in driving that change.

As our Senior Solution Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering complex, high-impact IT solutions across multiple projects and workstreams. You’ll lead a cross-functional team, working together to turn strategic ambition into operational reality.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions that span teams, technologies, and business areas.
    •  Driving the IT transformational roadmap, ensuring all activities align with our strategic goals.
    • Embedding governance, standards, and delivery best practices to drive consistency and quality.
    •  Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to align priorities, manage expectations, and deliver real business value.
    •  Managing resource planning, team performance, and delivery outcomes.
    • Mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring delivery stays on track — on time, in scope, and on budget.
    • Managing third-party partners and vendors to ensure commercial value and high-quality outcomes.
    • Supporting change management and adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
    • Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards across all solution deliveries.
