  • About the role:

  • Help shape the way our business works

Behind every successful organisation are the people who connect ideas, people and processes to make change happen.

We're looking for a Product Lead to join our team at the Support Centre in Lincoln, playing a key role in helping Lincolnshire Co-op transition to new ways of working as part of the tCG project.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands our Commercial Team and how our current processes work, and who can bring people together to design, prepare for and embed effective new ways of working.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the Commercial Team, Support Centre and project teams, helping to turn business requirements into practical processes that work for our people and support the needs of the Society.

Where change becomes something people can work with

Change doesn't happen simply because a new process has been designed. It happens when people understand what's changing, why it matters and how they'll work differently.

    That's where you'll come in.

You'll work alongside the Business Analyst and subject matter experts to understand how things work today, map current processes and help design and agree the future state.

You'll identify the impact of proposed changes, consider risks and dependencies, and make sure colleagues are prepared for implementation.

Ychange ou'll also play a key role in supporting the pilot and cutover activity, helping to balance the introduction of new processes with the need to keep our day-to-day trading running smoothly.

And throughout the project, you'll be there to listen, engage and adapt — gathering feedback, resolving issues and helping colleagues navigate the change.

Where people, processes and ideas come together

Because this role isn't simply about managing a process.

It's about understanding how change affects people and the wider business, bringing different perspectives together and helping turn ideas into practical solutions.

    You'll have the opportunity to:

    • Represent Lincolnshire Co-op across tCG and cross-ISM forums, providing clear business insight and feedback.
    • Work with colleagues to understand current processes and design, agree and embed effective future ways of working.
    • Lead business transition and readiness activity, ensuring teams understand and are prepared for change.
    • Identify impacts, risks, issues and dependencies, recommending practical solutions and escalating where appropriate.
    • Co-ordinate readiness, cutover and pilot activity with IT, project teams and business stakeholders.
    • Gather feedback during the pilot and help refine processes, ensuring actions and decisions are followed through.
    • Build strong relationships across the Society, keeping colleagues informed, engaged and supported throughout the change.
    • Complete documentation, handover and knowledge transfer so that new ways of working can be sustained beyond the project.

For a full list of responsibilities, you can refer to the full job description, which is available as a download on this page.

  • About You

  •  We're looking for someone with:
    • Strong knowledge of current Commercial Team processes and ways of working with tCG.
    • Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels.
    • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the confidence to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.
    • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with process mapping, readiness, cutover and implementation activity.
    • Resilience and sound judgement, particularly when working through change, ambiguity and competing priorities.
    • The ability to build effective relationships and bring different stakeholders together around a shared outcome.
    • A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership, keep things moving and ensure agreed actions are followed through.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working with people and processes, understands the realities of business change and can help colleagues move from the way things work today to a new way of working with confidence.

You'll be comfortable listening to different perspectives, asking questions, influencing where needed and finding practical solutions that work for the business.

You'll also be joining a Society that values collaboration, continuous improvement and giving colleagues the opportunity to make a difference. Our THRIVE values — Trustworthy, Helpful, Respectful, Inspiring, Valued and Empowered — shape how we work together and how we approach change.

Ready to help shape what's next?

If you're excited by the opportunity to bring people and processes together, lead meaningful business change and help shape how our teams work in the future, we'd love to hear from you.

Bring your Commercial knowledge, your curiosity and your ability to bring people with you — and help us make change work for Lincolnshire Co-op and the communities we serve.

    What we offer:

    • 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays (pro-rata)

    • Generous colleague discounts across our family of businesses
    • Annual discretionary colleague bonuses to reward your hard work
