Someone who takes pride in getting the details right
This is a role where organisation, accuracy and reliability are essential. You’ll enjoy working with information, keeping things running smoothly and making sure the right details are in the right place at the right time.
You’ll be confident communicating with a range of people, from patients and pharmacy branches to drivers and colleagues across the wider pharmacy team. Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial, ideally within a healthcare, logistics or pharmacy environment, but we’re equally interested in someone with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administrative support, ideally within a healthcare, logistics or pharmacy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail when processing documentation, entering data and handling orders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with patients and internal teams.
- An understanding of confidentiality and data protection, particularly when handling sensitive medical information.
- Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence using delivery tracking systems, Microsoft Office and standard administrative software.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and work across departments when needed.
You’ll be someone who understands that accurate administration plays an important part in delivering a safe, reliable pharmacy service. You’ll take pride in your work, remain calm when priorities change and look for practical ways to support your colleagues and improve the service we provide to patients.
Benefits that help you grow
Alongside the opportunity to play an important role in supporting our pharmacy delivery service, you’ll receive a benefits package that’s just as rewarding:
- 30 days’ annual leave (pro rata), including bank holidays.
- A pension scheme with up to 12% employer contributions.
- Generous colleague discounts across our family of businesses.
- An annual discretionary colleague bonus in recognition of your contribution.
We’re also proud to be an Investors in People Platinum employer, recognising our commitment to helping colleagues learn, develop and build rewarding careers. As your experience grows, you’ll have opportunities to develop your administrative and pharmacy knowledge while working alongside colleagues across our wider Pharmacy team.
Ready to make a difference behind the scenes?
If you’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy working as part of a team to provide an accurate and reliable service, we’d love to hear from you.
